I'm always impressed by how simple it is to find what I'm looking for. And anything purchased online can be returned to your nearest real-life store. In fact, I have a friend who lives just 5 miles from a Gap store, but she orders her jeans from gap.com. She gets exactly what she wants without slogging to the mall. Very clever.
